I try to cut my losing sessions as short as possible, since I know I can't play nearly as well losing.

So I'd have to say a nice winning session just because I never seriously tried to put in the time to make back 5+ buy-ins.

i feel like ive wasted 5 hours when i start a session stuck and try to claw back.

also, im generally more confident the next session after i book a big win.
