I did not have the right kind of coverage. I basically have the least amount of insurance because I like money and don't feel like giving it to Progressive. New windshield = $220.

Progressive will never pay for anything.

My ex gf went into a progressive office to set up insurance with them. They had to call long distance to confirm her previous coverage or something.

When she was trying to leave, the guy physically tried to force her to stay until she paid for the long distance call on the spot.
