Sticking it in pre with 16BBs is fine. Especially considering the number of limpers, your read on the table, and the size of the pot already.

At this level you are guaranteed to get a caller if you shove PF.

Its not 100% guarantee but you will very often get called if you shove here. Probably long term this will get you the most value. I ship the rest of my stack in, in these spots, always at this level.

I like gambling and making it 400, shoving flops with no ace. Also when I make the raise, I hope they all call. An ace flops only one in six, and this gives people a better chance to make a huge mistake.
