1. I generally give it up in this type of spot

2. Standard double barrell imo.

3. Don't like the min. raise... But, with the min. raise line i prefer to put some kind of pressure on him on the turn.
Also would re-raise pre-flop a fair amount here depending on the player.

just because you c/c the flop does not mean you have to c/f the turn.
