Re: Line check 5/10nl
I would probably lead flop but as played fine. If he has 87 or a better 9 nothing you can do.

Re: Line check 5/10nl
after c/c flop i would def lead that turn. i almost prefer a c/r push to a smallish c/r, but obv having c/r'd smallish u gotta call the push.

Re: Line check 5/10nl
If you just lead the flop things would be much easier to figure out.

I really don't want to play a large pot here, and thought that by checking and calling I could keep it small. I had considered a plan of check/calling flop and leading a blank turn. |

Re: Line check 5/10nl
could u explain ure flop check? just didnt want to see a raise i guess and be faced w/ huge turn bet? im getting it in on this turn tho, it would be a weird line for u to take w/ a 9 and looks like u could be thinking ooo 9 paird and i still have this fd, or w/e and u can push him off air if thats how he's rolling. i see why it could be a tough call, but i think ure just going to have to stack off here if he floppd the nuts/set cuz there are so many other things that he could have

I have top pair/crappy kicker, but the board is very draw heavy so I may actually have the best hand, or I may be crushed. I wanted to keep the pot small on the flop, and see what developed on the turn before committing many chips to this pot. |
