No, she cant do it. Neteller asks for a passport # and will not allow US ciz anywhere in the world to open an acct.

1) when i tried to log into my NT account an hour ago, i got an error message telling me that my account was closed and a phone number i should ring.

2) noone yet knows whether they are unlocking them or not - my personal opinion would be that they will once routine security questions are answered.

3) we can only assume its cos of the large number of transfers that were passing through the accounts.

4) someone posted earlier that the relevant dept wasnt open until the morning again so until someone actually rings them and finds out Netellers answers to the above questions, lets speculate away [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

in the meantime, im off to bed to dream of a life without Neteller [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Try to find someone with an established reputation (not registered within the last week) and referrals, who still has an active neteller account, and whose stars deposit limit isn't maxed out. If you find said individual, PM them and see if they'll work with you.
