Default 200nl: How is my overpair versus reraiser\'s range?

Villian is 43/15/3.

Villian could have a hand like Adx/KdQ etc here, or a made flush/overpair/set/plain over cards etc.

Does it look like a fold on turn? I thought so, especially considering I can't really call a decent bet on river with my hand.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($298.13)
SB ($111.90)
BB ($246.81)
Hero ($200)
MP ($126.10)
CO ($343.45)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $20</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $12.

Flop: ($43) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, Button checks.

Turn: ($43) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $40</font>, Hero ???

youre ahead here more than not on the turn.

i like a turn bet after he checks behind on the flop, but check calling is fine here too.
