call, I think unknown at 10/20 in that situation would usually 4bet AK/KK/QQ preflop + you have one ace and one queen, so it less likely, that he have one of those hands. And he should realize, that CO and you would rarely have big hands in spots like that.

sometimes I call but I think fold is best. He raised UTG and is betting this flop after a PFR 3 bettor checked, he has AK at the least I think. I'd need a read he'd bet this flop with like, 77 to continue.
