Default (1/2) When should I be aggressive here?

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is CO with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. MP2 posts a blind of $1.
3 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 (poster) checks, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP1 bets, MP2 folds, Hero calls, SB folds, BB folds.

I hit middle pair w/ an overcard and a runner-runner flush draw, so I call.

Turn: (3.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks.

There is no way that he's trying to CR me here for value. Should I exploit his weak play and try to get him out by betting?

River: (3.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 bets, Hero calls.

Either the 4d helped him, and I'm beat, or he interpreted my weak play on the turn as weakness and is trying to take the pot. Is the pot big enough to justify a call here?

Final Pot: 5.50 BB

I think you want to raise this flop to protect your hand. The blinds folded anyway, but you wanted them out.

He could have lead the flop with a J but I don't think so. He could also have lead with a flush draw but I doubt that, too. This looks a lot like a small pair to me, but I think you have enough to call the river. And yes, I'd have bet the turn when he slowed down.

I think the K scared him and when you did not react he figures his J is good.

well if you are going to play middle pair here passively, imo you have to give it up on aggression on the turn.

since it didn't come, bet it for fold set up or likely a free calldown on the river.

ie turn mp1 checks, Hero bets.... mp 1 calls will likely lead to

river mp1 checks, hero checks.

if he folds or 3 bets turn well the hand is over.

All streets look fine except river. I'm folding the river. Small pot, two over cards on the board, and MP1's bet/check/bet sequence says flush to me.

I raise pre-flop. With the poste that limp is really weak. Also the poster may fold creaing dead money. As played raise the flop. We have enoug to continue but we have to worry about the blinds. As played I like the tun check against unnown and I call th river like u did.
