Default I lost money to a BOT

Everyone,

I played JapInTheSack HU for quite a while. I will disclose my FTP name shortly. Besides that, I lost around $5,000 to JapInTheSack, who is said by Mr. Gatorade to be a bot 100%.

I have lost my money to that bot last fall. If FTP confirmed him being a bot or confiscated his funds, where is my money????

If FTP is so sure these players are bots, I would like to receive a compensation, since BeatMe1's money got confiscated!

Doubtful that would happen, otherwise you would be in a no lose situation where you could win money from the bot or FTP would have to pay you for your losses.

For the protection of our players we have closed your account. All funds remaining in your Full Tilt Poker accounts have been seized in order to compensate the victims of your bot use.

Lets [censored] see them come through. This statement could be as credible as.

Once again, the evidence we have against you is substantial and our decision is final. Your account will not be reopened, nor will your balance be refunded.

If I do not see my money, everyone should know, this site is not full tilt poker, but FULL OF [censored].

This will not happen in the form of a refund for a lot of reasons:
-If you took all the people that lost money to the bot it would probably come out to a lot more than 70k it would come out to like 300k (bot won 300k and lost 230k).
-The people who won money from the bot will not be returning the money so FT will not have enough money to cover the 300k lost
-I also suspect that the manpower involved in making this kind of a refund is way over FTs head

I wouldnt expect a refund but I think thats fine you will probably get something.

Well, FT is saying they are compensating the victims. But, you are right about the winning 300k, losing 230k thing. OP probably could expect a percentage back of that $$$ that he lost, not the full amount.

EDIT: Or be the first in line so that when refunds start going out, your claim is at the top of the list.
