weird turn play confuses me...

Thanks everyone for the input - I figured I should have raised the turn (hence the "screwed the pooch" comment). Really, it was the combination of the possibility that BB just made a straight (his flop play doesn't make sense for a straight, but then again nothing really makes sense for what he could have) and the possibilities of getting overcalls that ultimately led me to check. I concede that it was a mistake, though.

On the river, I thought about going for overcalls again, but when I have the effective nuts like this I hate to not put in a raise, in case someone else has a big hand (42, 52, A2) and wants to go to war.
