Default audio...connecting 360 to computer LCD monitor

I'm getting the picture but no sound. My lcd doesn't have any white input. I connected the blue, red, and green set but the red, white, and yellow set aren't plugged in and it appears there's nowhere to do so. Is there a way to get audio?

Sounds like your monitor doesn't have built-in speakers? What's the model number?

You might need to go to a speaker jack on your comp if there is nothing on the monitor. If so it probably won't have RCA jacks so you might need something like.

Get a pair of logitech speakers and you can connect the adapter directly to the audio connection on the VGA cable. It comes with RCA adapter.

I have the Logitech X-240 and they sound great. They're only $50 too

I run my 360 through my Samsung 204B. I have exactly that splitter to connect the sound. I found that when playing with speakers and not headphones I need to turn my computer off to get the volume loud enough.
