Maybe his son fell and died. Then his wife found him and killed herself. Then Chris came home found his wife and son and killed himself. Then the neighbor found all three of them and killed himself. Then the neighbors wife found all four and killed herslef. Then the mailman found all five and killed himself...man easlly plausable the further you go.

Chris on roids killed his wife and son. Chilled for a couple days lifting weights, Killed himself.

[/ QUOTE ] Chilled for a couple days lifting weights, Killed himself.

This story is sick. I was hella depressed until I read this post and [censored] busted up laughing. I love that [censored], he chilled for a couple of days lifting weights and then killed himself. Classic line man.

Are people really trying to make excuses for this guy already? I am all about waiting for the facts to come out, but if he killed them it is his fault it happened. This whole thread is surreal.

[/ QUOTE ]
Considering I still have no clue who the guy is and I keep reading as these adoring fans concoct really off-the-wall scenarios to justify what happened, "surreal" is a generous understatement.

If you don't know who he is and can't be bothered to find out anything on your own or by reading the thread, why the eff are you posting here?

I'm sure the tribute show brought in humongous ratings. If it is found that he committed murder, then an apology show would have even higher ratings. McMahon had nothing to lose by doing a tribute show.

[/ QUOTE ]

If the truth ends up being close to the reports that are coming out late this evening, this would be the only possible day that a tribute show could have occured for Benoit, it appears.

LOL @ all the "I refuse to believe..." and "Cris Benoit would never..." because, obviously, you all know him really, really well. I mean, you've seen him on TELEVISION!

Double LOL at grown men being deeply involved in professional wrestling and using words like "plot", "sports entertainment", and "work" in association with it.

It's a sad situation, but not because he's Chris Benoit. This would be equally sad if it were just some schmoe who did the 9-5 at the local gas station, but I bet he wouldn't get 5+ pages in a matter of hours.

We still don't know what happened. It's just being reported as a double-murder suicide.

In an industry which is full of backstage news available to the public, I have not heard one negative thing about Chris Benoit. Never played politics, never was involved in backstage fights, never had problems with drugs, never beat his wife. Excuse us if we give a guy who never had a bad thing said about him and seemed to be one of the few genuinely good people in a business notorious for [censored] and backstabbers the benefit of doubt.

I want to speculate wildly about the details. Not sure why but I do, just being honest. I won't tho because some people seem bothered by this.

So I will voice what bothers me as that seems to be allowed. It bothers me that people get mad at others because they think everyone should act the same when dealing with these touchy topics.

3 people dead and the main reason people care is because one guy was on tv. Life is hard.

Even worse is that he was found in his weight room.

In other words, you have nothing to add whatsoever to a thread and like feeling special because you find all your entertainment posting thousands of times here. Got it.

I've been surprised at how reserved most of the fans have been. The real idiots and douchebags are the ones who come here and make fun of fans or Benoit himself, or go throwing out baseless accusations about how he MUST have killed his fmaily and he sucks so hard.

Not one person here has claimed to know him, but people who did have constantly said he's a good guy. Read the damn thread, and if you don't have anything to add, why bother wasting your energy typing a post?
