Low WSD

I've just started to play again after a long sojourn, and am noticing that my Went to Showdown is pretty low.
I'm pretty tight (at least right now as I'm getting used to playing again) @ 18/15 with WSD of around 21.

So I have a few questions:
Whats the avg/optimal WSD?
For a 19/16?
25/20?

How can I raise my WSD?


Additionally, I recognize that as my WSD increases my W$SD will decrease. What are some figures for this as well I'm hovering around 55.
