Lol, I struggle with bluffing people off TPBK, and you are expecting them to fold overpairs? LOL! Overpair = nuts regardless of board/action/number of opponents in pot etc to most villains...donīt try to make them fold, cause they wont!

if you want to pull off a sick bluff i like calling flop and c/r ai on turn or even sicker if he checks behind on turn go for a sick c/r ai on the river.

w/ that said i think this is a really bad spot to bluff.

I like a c/r turn line better than a donk turn, donkbets are looked up SO often and a c/r on the turn looks SO much stronger and should fold out most small-medium PP's.

The more I think about it, the more I like c/c flop-c/r turn in these spots. On the flop the hand can go two ways;
1) Your hand is good and you get to SD and take the pot down.
2) Villain bets the turn with his overpairs/air/monsters and you c/r folding out most of his overpairs+air and you usually pick up the pot.
3) If he bets the river you can fold to his bet or c/r at this point, this one is a bit closer.

Meh I'm in love now with this line, dunno why but I gotta try this out.

i agree that if he calls, the call is either very very good or very very bad, depending on why he called

[/ QUOTE ]
can you explain what would make it a very good call, and also what would make it a very bad call?

it should be a good call and a bad call equally depending on hero's image. hero's hand range HAS to be wide enough to include a 9/JT for this to work.

it is a good call if hero's image does not support this range
it is a bad call if hero's image supports this range

Its a good call if my turn donk makes him stop and think, wtf is he donking the turn with, and pauses at my river donk and says wow you never donk the turn, nobody good is donking the turn here, if he had a monster he would check/raise the flop or check/raise the turn not stop-n-go (this is all true imo which is why my line sucks against a smart thinker - though a lot of multitabling meowtags who are on autopilot more often than not (somewhere in between a thinking player and a non-thinking player) would surely fold). lol nested-parantheses-aments

pretty much any other reason ("ZOMG HES BLUFFING" "ZOMG AA" "ZMOG IM A DUMB CALLING STATION") is obviously not good
