Edit:according to a faq, there should be another invisible block to the left and above of that block.

God, it's been forever, but IIRC you can go over to the ledge, run left, and do a running jump bouncing off the left side of the screen to get onto the block. Then there should be another one above it.

I "beat" Lost Levels, but I used Warp Zones. Same with 1, 2, and 3. Do I need to kill myself and/or go back and play them properly?
