I would white out villain's action, as we only care about our action.

If villain is a nit, I would wanna maximize my FE by raising big/shoving flop. This seems okay because it's how you would play a 9, but I think he kinda prices himself in with an overpair when you allow him to bet more on the turn.

It just seems weird that he would play TT this way or something.. like it looks like maybe 88 or 77 or possibly just a bluff with air/overs since it's blind vs blind in a 3-handed game.
