I hate the A5 resteal all in in this situation. Restealing with crap hands against people who can't fold pretty much every hand that beats you makes for some serious reverse negative implied odds, even if you're ahead of his range.

OK, sorry, understand now, my feed was down for beginning of hand. Didn't understand inital raise was against Yang. Sorry.

[/ QUOTE ]

I realize this now, my feed was down for the start of hand, and the commentary didn't make it sound like there was prior action. I apologize, I shouldn't have commented, as I hadn't seen the whole action, even though I didn't realize I had missed it.

LOL 32X OPENSHOVE HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I bet Rahme had AK and was doing a fake tilt all-in, and if this is the case I think it's actually a very good play.

I would have made the same play as Lam

Stacks and images were perfect for it

[/ QUOTE ]

I expected to see the A. I just thought the 5 would be a higher card.(7-10)

[/ QUOTE ]

Without giving it too much thought I would say his pure resteal range should be 55+/A2s+/A6+/KTs+/QJs+. This range is definitely give or take a few (he shoved 12.5m into a 2.5m raise right?)

[/ QUOTE ]

Id say take a few, considering yang has tightened up considerably since his rush earlier, but yeah not far off at all. Its completly defensible without a shadow.

Ok, I'll adjust my strategy from now on. I do play in AC after all.
