I basically stopped playing when everything went down in September and have been out of touch for the past few months. Assuming I'm a US player what options do I have as of right now. I know my credit cards will not work on any sites as they have been declined in the past.

I don't think you even have 3 options. ePasseport seems popular, again search the forum (or google US eWallets or something).
