I can't find nunchuck, component cables or the virtual controller (that might not be released). I just ordered a nunchuck off the store, but who knows when it will arrive.

Regarding the component cable. I mentioned in another thread that you can order it directly from Nintendo. When I ordered, it said it was backordered until Nov 28th, or something like that. But I just got an e-mail yesterday saying that the cable has been shipped. So they may be playing it safe a bit, who knows. Might be worth putting in an order for one if you can't find a 3rd party option.

Of course I didn't manage to get the Wii itself, so there's a good chance later this week that I'll have the cable, and Zelda, but no system. I rule.
