Requesting some help re Canadians/Neteller

Hello,

I recently became aware of the Neteller situation for Canadians. Now I have already created accounts at other e-wallets to deal with this unfortunate event. However, is it still safe, or even allowable, to WITHDRAW funds from a poker site to Neteller? I won't deposit, but this is the easiest way to get the money out of the site considering I deposited it with Neteller last fall. Otherwise I'm stuck having to deposit from another e-wallet then withdraw it immediately.
