Default Does everyone and their brother try to float at 25NL?

I'm finally working on my NL game, normally an omaha player.. have 4k hands in last 2 days at 25NL and 50NL on full tilt. The amount of these guys that try to float you is ridiculous, unless it's just me? It also seems they try that crap more when your c-bet is less than the size of the pot. I pot and they don't try it, 1/2-2/3 pot and they call and will bet the turn 100% of time if you check.

I don't like c-betting full pot all the time, but is that standard at this level?

While I admit it's fun playing stack a donk and check raising them when they do this. It drives me almost as nuts as the ones who donk bet, call a raise then donk bet into you again for minimum.

What's so difficult about my logic? I just feel like i'm being floated every time I bet with something marginal. I will just have to keep firing more then, don't let the call stop me from betting.

I think you will get better responses if you post a hand where you think you were floated with reads. You are not going to get any any meaningful response this way. I villain calls you every single time that would be a plus, no?

And this is EXACTLY how you should NOT adjust.

Value bet!

Don't bluff a bluffer...value bet them.

What's the problem? If that's what you think is happening, bet when you have a hand, check when you don't. I think you'll be okay.

In the short run, which all of your hands are in, it is very likely that most of the time they are not floating but value betting. It's Poker to try to figure out when they are not.

ask yourself what kind of image do u have?, will they respect your bets?, are they really floating u everytime?

I have experienced this quite a bit at this level too so I ask myself these ?s and really tightened up my game. I used to play a lag style and relized at this level I can just nit it up and rake the money in.

I am pretty tight.. been 17/13 over my 4k hands. I've been looking through my hands and I can't really find many instances of it.. guess the ones that were there just really stuck in my mind. I did find a lot of instances of people betting into me with crap when I was the preflop raiser though.
