I think you need to pot the flop/turn, but river fold is fine.

Pot flop, push turn. If you pot turn again, you'll be left w/ < $5 at the river w/ a pot at ~$37. At that point, chk/fold is real ugly. Turn push will be ~$17 into ~$13 pot.

As played, river fold is fine.
