What do you think of a blocker on the river? We have some showdown value...? How do you pick between a block &amp; a give-up?

Anytime there is 4 to anything on the board. I just assume give up. If i had the Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] i might c/c. I keep asking myself on the river "what calls you that your ahead or what do you fold thats better"
