what are you trying to gain by pf raise of 5x? think $1 will get same effect, making subsequent bets more managable if you miss on the flop. C-bet on flop and turn is good, and if it's not shown down as Q3c by the donk I'd be surprised.

Do you usually bet little when you hit? As the others stated, make your cbets pot sized. This way in situations like this when you do hit it will look the same.
