Your hand ranges are IMO grossly too tight.

like you gain any deception, you may as well fire away. You simply have way way too much hand.

[/ QUOTE ]

What do I gain? Tatts is not folding, ever. If I thought he would 10% of the time, I'd 4-bet. I allow Doug to gain deception by 5-betting the both of us with position and I do think he'd do this with a bit less knowing I'd be more prone to give up OOP with tattoo between us as DFM would love me out of the hand to play tattoo HU. I need not be first to act in a mega-bloated pot with a possibly dominated hand. Calling allows me to c/r protect my hand on most flops as regardless if my hand is "face up", we both know that DFM continuation bets 100% of the time regardless of the flop texture and I get to shut tattoo out.

[/ QUOTE ]

You don't 4-bet because you want deniro to fold. You do it because your hand is a massive overlay vs the range of hands at play. If Doug is that likely to "cap for deception", that's all the more reason to 4-bet. It's the same reason it's a mistake to check behind on the river with a marginal hand vs. someone who loves to bluff raise. Give them the opportunity to spew. Your hand is a freaking monster. Honestly, I can't even believe we are discussing it. Not 4-betting is simply a EV bad play.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think preflop is a super-easy 4-bet. Tight players only have AK/JJ/TT when they coldcall there.

(hint, try to forget that Joe has TT here and play the hand from my perspective).

[/ QUOTE ]

Translation: Hint, Joe's a tightass with an uber narrow range here and I had no clue he was even nittier than I thought and wouldn't 4-bet TT or JJ here.

[/ QUOTE ]

I 4-bet JJ.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, right.

Those hand ranges are way too tight for both players.

I'd estimate these to be close to the ranges, depending on how sleeves was playing at the time.

Both of you guys did way too much thinking for a pot that has a complete retard in it. That's okay, though, a chip kept in your stack is one less you can possibly lose.
