Re: Caffeine gum, mints, soap
Penguin mints are good, they make gum too, but it doesn't taste so great. Jolt gum is ok. I just tried some a.c.t. powder that you can add to any drink, or water, I like that idea, I could add it to another energy drink and spode my heart. I like adding Red Bull to Mt. Dew and I usually end up with vodka in there too...) I have found that Ephedra works pretty well, and ltely I've been using those energy shots (the ones with the lame commercials on comedy central...) they taste horrible but work well.
As for Red BUll, I find that the sugar free tastes much better than the regular, despite the fake sugar. |

what about tea? or is tea just like, 1/10th of a coffee? [/ QUOTE ] It's less, but I was under the impression that it's more like half. |

Re: Caffeine gum, mints, soap
I drink coffee, energy drinks of various kinds and coke. TBH I don't feel any noticeable effects, but sometimes I feel slightly more alert, happy and concentrated. Could just be imagination though.
I like those non carbonated energy drinks in small bottles, like this one. I once saw small, flat, square shaped caffeine pills that melted in your mouth in a fitness shop. I tried one but didn't notice anything. Apparently they gave the same amount of caffeine as four cups of coffee. |
