Default 8 decks/shuffled at 50%

2.5 When do you shuffle?
For all card games, the cards are shuffled when the yellow 'shuffle marker' card is dealt, which is generally after 4 of the 8 decks have been dealt.

lol good spot. This is pretty outrageous, because a major portion of their profit comes from people who are misguided about betting systems, yet they are still greedy (or stupid) enough to deem it fraudulant.

Or perhaps this is a very clever rule. Donks see this, think it must be profitable if the casino bans it, and try to see if they can get away with it. Just because it's in their T & C doesn't mean they actually have to enforce it. Of course, if a player goes on a hot streak, they can confiscate the winnings even though the system is a loser in the long run.
