Default 200 NL, third nuts facing river C/R, puke.

Villain is the same 80/25 mega-drooler as in the other hand.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $276.35
BB: $265.50
UTG: $273.25
UTG+1: $601.80
MP1: $175.05
MP2: $344.00
MP3: $105.00
Hero (CO): $496.00
BTN: $200.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (9 Players)
5 folds, Hero raises to $8.00, BTN folds, SB calls $7.00, BB folds

Flop: ($18) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($18) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $2.00, Hero raises to $16.00, SB calls $14.00

River: ($50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $38.00, SB raises to $242.00, Hero pukes.

I have seen this guy bluff the river, but I had NOT seen him bluff-RAISE the river. I think he can definitely have the K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] here. I'm also beaten by the steel wheel, but that's unlikely.

But you definitely try to value-town him before he raises right?

So sick. The way this had played out here makes me want to fold. I'm really not sure. I think I would fold and wait for a hand were it takes him more than one card to make the nuts. I am just getting the feeling that he was expecting you to bet the river after your turn raise. If you called an won, my hat goes off to you. Seriously.

Doesn't exactly look like a call-me bet. He probably realizes that most of the time you don't have K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] here and he thinks he can win a decent sized pot by shoving. I'd be more sickened it he'd raised it smaller. I'd certainly be very tempted to call.

On the other hand, he'll very rarely take this line with the J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. From that point of view, you're only beating a bluff. And if you've never seen him bluff in a situation like this before, he's probably doing it <20% of the time, which makes this a clear fold.

Absolutely.
I'm curious why you didn't bet the flop. I would be trying to build a pot against someone like this

Fold. As fishy as this guy is he has to pretty dumb to not put you on a flush. If he doesn't have the K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] he will be thinking that you do, and hence its just suicide to raise without it.

Against a tricky opponent i might call this. Just because it's a great spot to bluff if he thinks u dont have the K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and because he check-raised the river.

Here is a bit similar hand I played a while ago, except I was in position, Hero has J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]:

Pokerihanska

It's a bit risky play but I thinks it just works often enough to make it +EV.
