I have a trust fund in my name for when im 30 from my family.. Like I said I have no idea about taxes but my dad is educated on the subject and I guess I owe about 33% of 1,700

trust fund baby... wooooooo

[/ QUOTE ]

I call BS on this. If this kid is from a family rich enough to set up a trust fund for him, then why are he and his father so worried about 500 measly bucks that they are threatening to sue somebody over it? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

(By the way, the last I heard Sheiky was a private in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.)

I know there alot of smart people on this forum and most will be able to see the truth or you can be

blinded by hate for me for being a dumbass on a boring poker message board trying to make it more fun.

For one thing I use my real name online and me scamming someone is out of the question. Secondly believe it or not

I am an adult now (means I am 18 years old), and my dad does not actully need to concern this if I want to pay

taxes to avoid conflict with the government. I signed papers at the casino and in fine print it clearly says I

am basically breaking the law if I do not pay this. I am not at all educated on taxes obv. but I learned that

I cannot " itemize " my taxes or something, in other words I cannot sign that I gave my money to someone.

( If people could do this to avoid taxes then people would just sign off they gave it to a family member or friend and

in person and not pay taxes.) Not being to itemize also means I can't claim I lost it in a cash game. You assuming

I am a scammer because I won't let you talk to my dad is out of the question, I considered you a good friend and

have paid you back hundreds of dollars in the past EVEN before I knew you in person that

does not make any sense for you to say this that's why I had a anger blow up and cut all contact with you because

your simply scamming me then. lol saying im a scammer ? Unreal...Why don't you tell these people your real name,

Whenever I mention your name you freak out and get angry with me ( not to mention your rakeback scandel you where

involved in. ) Not to mention you delaying paying my friend back and me having to invlove another close friend of ours

and then you instantly sent it once he found out. I can make ASSUMPTIONS as well PTSPECAIL. Not matter what happens

I will refuse to see you again in person but if you want to talk to my dad I will let you ( you claim you would be

willing to send after speaking with him ) I highly doubt this. ( text me saying your full name so I know its you ) and

I will text my dads cell phone number back. I learned a huge lesson here on getting invloved with shady poker

players ( some are out there ) I promise you I will pay my taxes and be a good citizen wich will help our government

bring back online poker and regulate it. I strive to have a legit name and hope the smarter bunch here can realize

I speak the truth. I will give you a copy of the money I pay for the taxes if this is possible ? I played with 0%

because I don't have a bankroll to play events in the hundreds of dollars and I was spending an entire weekend with

you guys at Canterbury so why would I not want to play ( you even said I would get 9k if I won ) + I would get a trophy

and a title I can brag about for the rest of my life becuase I am an attention whore right ? I hope others are more

cautious when dealing with taxes and staking from my experiance with it. Again best of luck

ya, i borrowed money from ur friend so u could play poker and i sent it to him online in 3 days, ur just a broke [censored] that will never acomplish anything, you are a scammer, and u cut ties to everyone i know because u realize that me or my friends will never deal with u and u made up an excuse why to block us, then you say u never want to see us again when u know that we ****in hate you cause u are a shady piece of [censored] i stake 5 people, including u at one point, and ur the only one that ever gave up cause u couldnt beat 10 dollar sngs, u stole money from me at canterbury claiming it was urs, but u told fluff that u knew it was mine but u didnt have money to get home or eat so u just pretended it was urs, u avoided me talking to your dad, and u block us when i confront u and u think im the shady one, im prolly one of the most generous people when it comes to giving people opportunites its not my fault u take advantage of that and try to weasel money out of me becasue u are broke.
also, you know that even if u did pay that u will get it all back in tax returns....u found that out before u told me i had 2 days to send it to u on FTP or your dad was going to sue me, so you were just trying to force me to send it to you so i had no other option and when i asked for your dads number u insta blocked me. So basically even if you did pay it it would still be a scam cause you would still get the money back. You hustle ur friends to get them to borrow u money, and u hustle me, the only reason u ever talked to me or my friends was to try to get us to stake you in things, thats the only reason u talk to anybody, if they cant offer u something u dont care for them, you arent my friend, you were never my friend. only reason i kept talkin to u is cause i thought it was just some stage and u would eventually mature, but now i can see its different and that u are just a low life that will always try to hustle people...gg your [censored] life

the idea is that you would write off the fact that you didnt actually win any more and he would have to then pay taxes on it.

it would be 100% legit especially if you got something in writing from him (then he would be required to pay taxes)

ps. not entirely sure about that second part but that was my understanding of staking arrangements and taxes etc.

Sheikhan, a resident alien since he was nine years old, was arrested at his Las Vegas home on August 30th, 2007 for violating his immigration status due to a 1995 conviction for misdemeanor sexual battery on a child under 18, where he served nine months in prison and 5 years probation[2]. He is presently facing deportation proceedings. Virginia Kice, a spokeswoman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, stated "We want to see him removed from the United States.

Sheik is a pretty nice guy and did not deserve the legal trouble IMO, but please tell me they did not send Mr. Sheiky away like they said was possible =(

[/ QUOTE ]

AS much as I don't think being charged with child molestation and speeding during the greatest flood in years and hitting and killing an old lady because of it qualifies him as a "nice guy" he should certainly NOT be deported. I hate the guy, but that's irrelevant. He is a resident, and married to a citizen, if he's not a citizen himself, and has lived here for decades. He should most definitely not be deported.
