Lol I wouldn't be suprised if AP could trigger the BBJ when they have shills at the table etc...

Nat, He could just be on the sickest heater anyone has ever seen or he plays 40/12 to a skill that I've never known possible at 6 max...

Hi Everyone:

We also had a conversation today with a representative of AP. It appears to me that they are moving in the right direction. We'll know more when their statement comes out.

Best wishes,
Mason

IMO, that is not particularly suspicious. Lots of people go on heaters. Also, you never know what he won on other sites. Lastly, it has not be indicative of the cheating accounts to finish 5th, 5th, 7th, etc.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is why there needs to be an independant audit, sure people go on heaters and this doesn't fit their known patterns, but surely if multiple people are cheating one of them must have a clue and would try and disguise his play a little bit. Right now, we only know about accounts run by complete braindead idiots, if auditors get access to APs logs and can locate the common threads between the cheaters, whether that's account 363 or whatever it is, that's the only way to see the full extent of the cheating and make sure that everyone who was cheated gets their money back.

Absolute Bad Beat Jackpot

July 24,2007
“Talk about a double rush of adrenaline,” stated David Clainer, senior vice president for Absolute Poker. “We handed out nearly $250,000 between the two tables last Saturday and we’re gearing up to make even more people very rich.”

At 12:38 on Saturday, July 21st, JOE JETS lost quad 9s to SHORT_SHYT’s quad Jacks and walked away with $97,650.85 for losing the hand.

Within just a few hours of the jackpot being reset, history repeated itself. At 16:55 ET, JBAND277’s quad 10s were no match for GOLFCOFFEY’s quad Jacks. Another $26,890.35 made its way into JBAND277’s account for his losing hand. HERE

Sept 27,2007:
KT4389 hit Absolute Poker's $385,238.69 Bad Beat Jackpot and earned $125,202.57 for his losing hand. The hand winner, MBUNN66, also won $62,601.28 and three other poker players each took home $20,867.09.

Boasting consistent big jackpots at the Texas Hold'em poker tables, David Clainer, Senior Vice President for Absolute Poker, proclaimed “This recent hit solidifies Absolute Poker as the world's most lucrative place to play Bad Beat Jackpot." HERE

About all that tells us is that DAVID CLAINER is a senior VP at Absoulte. I cannot find any reference to him in the SAE fraternity.

McShove's name is cleared, as a matter of fact he was never implicated other than one baseless accusation.
