Default 25NL Suited Connectors against LAG

In this hand, a LAGgy player 60/5/1 raises for the first time in awhile. I think everyone at the table pretty much knows he has a good hand at this point. That is why everyone calls his bet. All of us want a piece of his stack because he has been running over the table a bit and calling most raises when he limps. I end up with a flush draw + gutshot straight draw. What should my action be at this point?

He isn't a LAG, he is a loose passive fish. Judging by his flop bet and AF, I do not think raising has much value here. He could have AK, but the rest of the time he has AQ, JJ+ and he probably isn't folding.

On that note, he probably isn't folding if a diamond or a 10 peels. Your equity is a little less than 50% and with lack of fold equity and the fact that he will probably pay you pretty well if you hit, i think a call here is best.

Agree, calling is the correct +EV play here.

Calling the flop is good.

Also, don't limp/call from the CO, that's disgusting. You are in position against the whole table except the button, so you want him out and play a raised pot in position.

limping behind 3 limpers in position with suited connectors is fine. When it gets raised behind you, and the 3 limpers call you have great odds and can never fold.

Suited connectors are for multiway pots and you want to see the flop cheap. Sucks that you didn't get to see it cheap, but when the action comes around you have great odds

Preflop is fine in my opinion.

The thing with unraised pots is that if you hit your hand hard, it's going to be pretty damn hard to win alot of money, in a raised pot this this is a lot easier.

Agreed, but you make up for this by having multiple opponents.

PF is fine.
Call or big raise on flop are both fine...depends if I'm pretty sure he likes his hand (and that's what he's indicating) I prefer the call esp given we are IP and he's LP

In my experience most people are not really interested in multiway limped pots unless they hit real hard too, while in a raised HU or 3-way pot people tend to go crazy with toppair more often.
