click2pay problems

Yesterday I went to create a click2pay account and I entered all the necessary info. I got an activation email clicked the link in it and it said everything is all set. I goto login my account and it says it is locked. I currently have a 5 dollar charge on my credit card from click2pay. I have tried emailing them (service@click2pay.com) and I did not get a response (not even an automated response). I tried calling their toll free number and got a busy signal.

Has this ever happened to someone? Is there some sort of wait until your account may be used or something? Is click2pay reliable?

wtf, $5 charge? I just signed up last night. I logged in with no issues, but was not aware of a $5 charge.

when u get locked it means that you didnt pass the security question, which is exactly what happend to me because some of the info they were asking me wasn't correct so now i cant EVER use click2pay, those bastards!
