It doesn't matter what the judge says. Bush has already stated that the constitution doesn't apply to him. So far no one has challenged him.

I really put alot of weight in what Rush Limbaugh has to say about anything. Please link an Ann Coulter article as well, as she is always clearheaded and civil.

This is a pretty unpersuasive opinion. It spends most of its time vaguely developing fourth amendment arguments and much less time considering how the surveillance program relates to FISA. I predict reversal in this opinion's future.
