Datamined stats (probably 6-handed, don't remember his 4 handed stats during this hand) 17/12/1.9 over 700 hands. Haven't played with him before so no proper reads.

I fold preflop vs. a 17/12 UTG when I'm on the button. That makes it a WAY easier fold when I'm BB.

Flop bet size is fine though, c/f turn.

Hit or miss, I usually bet more on wet boards.

On turn I was check/folding, but on the river I started to think that maybe he was drawing. But doesn't everyone push the draw on the flop?
