There was no PF raiser to c-bet and the flop may have missed everybody since it's (mostly) outside the playing zone. This could check around and I think you want to make sure some bets go into the pot. I bet the flop.

T9x hits all sort of things in the playing zone. Straight draws and overcard draws are all over.
