Going to Vegas with wife and 2 yo, suggestions?

I leave for Vegas on Sunday with my wife(23) and 2 year old daughter who is a horrible brat. We are staying at Circus Circus. I have been there many times but mostly to party and gamble. This will be tricky so I am looking for some family type stuff. Anyone do anything outside of the norm that they suggest?
