flop call is alright, the second one is more marginal.
You've got like 40% equity always against a two pair or better range, if you include pot odds, its a close call. |

That range assumes both players are completely rational. I think you will be surprised at the variety of hands the shorty shows up with. Its either a $3.90 mistake or a $1.00 win, either way its not a huge mistake.
