Definietly raise more preflop if you can get called, $40+ after limpers is good. $30 often functions like a pot-sweetener in these games.

Also, it's not really an overshove. Pot after his call is $175 and his raise is $150 more. In fact, not even pot sized. Pretty standard.

This definitely looks like a fold from here.
