Can anyone convert this hand?

Can someone convert this sample hand on lego or any converter that works and let me know what I am doing wrong. I am either retarded or no converter I can find is working for me.

I tried that and it still did not work. I am going to try using my PT hand history and see if that works. MAybe it is in a better format to convert.
