I was one of the few who got lucky accounts at nearly every site I signed up at.
Most others got started thru my generosity and by taking photos of poop for money.



edit: OP- you are going to take some flack, hang in there. There is a lot of valuable information on this site. Be patient, you'll find the stuff you need. There are plenty of good answers to questions like these in the strategy forums for the various games, and some good robusto stories in BBV. But be prepared for lots of non-serious replies in BBV, NVG, and some other sections [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

play donkaments until you hit 250, read lots of poker books, switch to cash, lots of effort.

you're going to want a job during your first 30k hands. (thats like a month playing 40h/wk @ 4 tables)
