What stakes should I be playing?

I know the standard rule is that you want 20 buy-ins for a cash game, and maybe more for a 6 handed game. However, I've been playing .1/.25 for a long time now, and have been winning, however I've lost alot in tournaments. My bankroll is 200 right now, do you think its safe to 4 table .1/.25, or am I just asking to go busto?

Edited to add: Yes $200 for NL25 is the sure train to BUSTO. I think $200 for NL10 is a bit spotty myself.
