Default Where is stud hi-low popular ?

I like to play that game once in a while for change, but I haven't seen much of this game during the many poker trip I did in the last few years.

VEGAS - They had one table running at the RIO during the WSOP , & it was 50-100. Haven't seen anyone at the Bellagio

FOXWOODS - They had during 2 nights , during the WPF a 50-100.

LOS ANGELES - They had a 20-40 almost everyday at the BIKE, but no stud8 at all at COMMERCE

ATLANTIC CITY - Haven't seen a game at the BORGATA or TAJ.

Stud 8 or better is usually spread in mixed game formats. Start looking for mixed games or HORSE to get you started.

Bay Area - Garden City in San Jose seems to always have at least 1 4/8 game going, I think I've seen up to 3 running. Not sure if they spread higher.

Casino AZ will occasionally have a 6-12 hilo stud game (weekends are best) and there is a 30-60 and 40-80 (and bigger) mix game as well where you can choose it.

The Taj spreads a very good two way 10-20 half kill to 15-30 game. The game plays Omaha 8 for 30 minutes and Stud 8 for 30 minutes.

The Taj used to have a 5-10 Stud 8 game that went every weekend.

When I was at the Monte Carlo a couple of years ago I know they ran a Stud 8 game, but that may have dried up.

Taj also spreads two-way OE 3/6 w/ full kill if you are looking for really low stakes.
