Default Player transfer followed by withdrawal allowed at PokerStars?
I deposit at PokerStars (via Neteller). I make a player transfer to a friend. My friend makes a cash out to his Neteller account. Is this allowed?

No, it's not allowed. I believe that Pokerstars will reject your friend's Neteller transfer unless he plays a significant amount of poker on this site.
