Calories from marinade
How many calories are absorbed from marinades? Typical Marinade:
4 Lean Chicken Breasts in 4 tbsp Olive Oil (480 Calories) 1 cup White Wine (180 Calories) (Lemon Juice+Various Spices) If I marinade the chicken for 12 hours and then grill it, what % of the calories from the white wine and olive oil is absorbed?
