This looks like missed clubs or a whiffed turn cr with a made hand, i'd call i cant see an ace folding here

Limping PF is certainly an option here. Not required, but I'd definitely mix it in with raising. Just call the river. This raise (or rather any raise against this villain) is pretty awful.
