im so sick of 5NL, nobody folds, my big hands never get paid off or i get sucked out on, my marginal steals/moves get called down everytime.

Uncalled bet of $6.10 returned to Hero

Hey guys I have a question -

Do you look at a graph of your session after every session? Half the time it tilts the hell out of me when I see how many BIs I was up. I am trying to break the habit

nowhere in my post did i say 5NL was hard, what i did say is that these farking donkies are running me over and stars thinks it is hilarious to drop my deck in the arctic circle.

maybe i just need to move up. i find 5NL extremely boring after chasing at 25NL and owning.

teh you may be playing too low for your abilities. If you got the roll, maybe move up to 25 where you were playing.

most likely IMO. yet i moved down to 2NL to donk around a little and im still running like dirty balls. it seems like stars finds a way for me to lose every friggen big pot im involved in, but to make sure i dont go burn down their offices, they let me win a couple small ones here and there and hardly make up the loss. 25NL to chase here i come again. second time today. it is so sad i can own 25NL and but cant break even at 2NL and 5NL this month.

I have a question...

How many buy ins do you guys think is a good amount to earn to demonstrate you have beaten a limit?

I recall reading a post in ssnl where some of the posters talked about earning 20BI's at a level before moving up.

I was considering grinding out 20 BI per level before moving up to the next. Good idea? Bad idea? Thanks for any feedback.

i like 20. i crushed 2NL 2 months ago for 20BI, but only made 10 at 5NL last month with a lot of chasing at 25NL. i was hoping to meet that 20BI goal but if the rest of the month goes the way today has, i'll be lucky not to hang myself before september.
