It was amazing, I have no idea what he put me on in the first hand. I hope I can run this hot again sometime.

Isn't the turn action in the 99 hand awesome?

Also,

I'll never move up at this rate. Every time I get coolered or w/e I go on donk tilt and drop money fast. Then I stop playing NLHE cash and go crush stud or head's up... and drop 3/4ths of the winnings back in hold'em. Somehow I'm still running small profits in 5 or 10nl.

I thought I flopped a straight here. Hero cannot read board!

I would not call a raise with that hand out of the blinds most of the time

Unfortunaly I have read PNL (should receive it tomorrow), but there has been a lot of talk about planning around commitment, which is all good. But when you are at a nitty table, planning around commitment (or in regular english, expecting to get paid off) goes out the window, and you might just have to plan around stealing.

very true, and volume 2 is coming, and we start addressing that topic in chapter 1.

[/ QUOTE ]I wasn't afraid of a free card and UTG was so low I don't know how he folded the turn. I wanted CO to catch something. On river I re-looked at my hand when he raised my bet. If UTG didn't buy in so short I raise here all day with straight. Guess it shouldn't matter, he's prob more likely to call on flop than turn.
