Hey guys-

I suspect when CR updated, the cookies that allow you to log in, were changed. So, members cannot log in. I tried a little method, which worked for me, and allowed me to log in

If you are running the newest internet explorer. Go to tools, internet options, and then privacy. There is a slider on the left hand side. Put the slider on the lowest level, so that your IE accepts all cookies (You can change it back later, after you are all done on CR). Then, try to log in, see if it works. Let me know. I have a few other possible solutions.

I was able to login and download CTSs video, but it is VERY small (12M where most of the other videos I have downloaded are approx 75M), and it stops after about ten minutes.

I will try to redownload it. Anyone else have this problem?

Clearing your DNS wouldn't hurt.

I redownloaded it and got the whole thing. The server must have disconnected my transfer the first time for some reason.

I definitely feel the Groundhog Day thing. I am still having this problem at office, on WinXp. When I log in, I go straight to this page:

http://www.cardrunners.com/members/i...sk=chooselevel

I put in my name & password, takes me right back here. (If I put in the wrong password, it tells me, so I know my user name/pword is fine). I flushed DNS and followed the other tips here and so on. I dunno.

I was having the problem of not being able to download a video. A new tab in IE would pop up but then disappear and I was left with the same "download or stream" selection page. But I noticed that the new tab started with "http://media...." so I started typing that into the address bar, selected the video address, hit return, and it's now downloading ok.
