Calling this is +EV provided opp shoves at least 59% of hands (22+,A2+,K2+,Q2+,J6o+,J2s+,T7o+,T5s+,98o,96s+,87s) . If you have seen that he knows how to shove/fold when shortstacked then this is absolutely fine.
